What is the format of the Defense One Tech Summit?

The Defense One Tech Summit is an in-person and virtual event (1 day virtual | 1 day in-person). June 14th will be comprised of virtual programming. June 15th will be in-person only in Washington, DC at the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center. All of the programming on June 15th will be recorded and shared with both virtual and in-person event registrants by June 16th.

How do I virtually tune in to the Defense One Tech Summit?

At the time of the Summit, please head to the event homepage and select “Tune in Now” from the menu in the top right corner of your screen. When prompted, enter the email address you used to register. Please note that the “Tune in Now” tab will not be visible until June 14, 2023.

Troubleshooting: If you’re experiencing any technical difficulties accessing the event, try refreshing your Internet browser or changing browsers. If you are still having issues on your government computer, try accessing the page through a personal computer. Feel free to reach out to gemg.events@govexec.com with any technical questions.

What if I can’t attend the Defense One Tech Summit each day?

We encourage you to join us for both days of the Defense One Tech Summit! In the event, that you miss some of the event programming, each Summit session will be recorded. As an event registrant, you will have on-demand access to all of the session recordings.

What is the dress code for June 15, the in-person day of the Defense One Tech Summit?

Where will the in-person day of the Defense One Tech Summit take place?

The June 15 program will take place at the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center (1300 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20004).

How do I get to the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center?

By Car:
Enter parking garage from any of the three entrances
Follow posted GREEN signs for the Atrium elevator banks
Take Atrium North or South elevator to Concourse level
Exit Atrium North elevator and walk straight ahead
Exit Atrium South elevator and head to the right, bearing left once you reach the
concierge desk to enter the Atrium

By Metro – Metro Center (Red Line)
Enter the Moynihan Plaza at the corner of 13th and Pennsylvania Avenue
Walk towards the orange awning directly in front of you
Enter the building through the door on your right just before the awning
Once you are through the security checkpoint head straight to the intersection
Follow the overhead signage to the left and down the escalators
Once you reach the bottom of the escalators, turn right to enter the Atrium

By Metro – Federal Triangle (Blue, Orange, and Silver Lines)
Follow signs inside station to Ronald Reagan Building
Once inside the building, walk straight down the corridor to enter the Atrium
